Armor Storage owns three storage facilities in Washington State. Our first site in Lacey, WA has been in operation since 2016, our second in West Olympia is under construction and will begin operations in August 2018, our third project is in development in Port Angeles. The company is actively seeking new development opportunities in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Alaska, & Utah.

VINE STREET PARTNERS
Our joint venture partnership with the Vine Street Group targets government leased office buildings. We partnered with Vine Street Group due to their 40 years of experience providing exceptional offices and service to the State of Washington and the Federal government. Our first project is an 82,000 sq. ft. DSHS office building in Vancouver, WA and our second is a 35,000 sq. ft. DSHS office in Moses Lake, WA. In the fall of 2017 we purchased a 60,000 sq. ft. building in downtown Olympia Union Tower. The building is currently undergoing a renovation.
Harbor Heights is a 116 unit 55+ apartment project in downtown Olympia in the Market District.
